FSBO and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Combo Package
- The total listing fee is $695.00 paid in advance and non-refundable.
- A co-broke of 1%-3% will be offered to the MLS which is determined by the seller.
- Should the seller find a buyer, NO commission is charged to the seller and the seller will take complete care of the sale.
- If the MLS should sell the home, the amount of the co-broke that you have offered will be paid to the selling agency and all information will be sent to both attorneys.
- The seller will handle all appointments.
- Under this plan the strength of the Multiple Listing Service is what sells your home. 97% of all homes are sold through the MLS.
